On 30th Nov, I booked a cab for Fortis Hospital (cunninghum road, Bangalore) from RT Nagar at 8 am in the morning. The reference number was 2051051. When I did not get any call from the driver, I tried to call him (Syed Aslam Pasha-9686809587) in the number sent by the call center. But no one picked the call and when again I tried it was coming engaged. Then I called call centre people at 7.50 am, and they said “ Don’t worry, I will find out where he is and call back you.” They called after 5 min and said that “Don’t worry; your booking is at 8 am so the driver will reach on time, within 10 min.” When at 8.10 I again called the driver, the drive said…”What Madam, I am waiting here since half-an hour, long time”. I didn’t say anything and tell him to come inside the gate and said “I am waiting, its already late and 8.20”. And he replied cheaply and surprisingly that “What late…. If its late then what can I do…(Late hua to mein kya karu usme…)”. I didn’t reply to his ugly harsh reply and behavior as I was in tension and doctor appointment was at 8:30, patient was with me. Then he came and when we boarded, he said…”Whats that, u cancelled ur booking!!! And didn’t inform me!!! ….call center ko phone karo, mein nehi ja sekta.”

I almost begged him to go as my mom (patient) was getting late for doctor. But he was adamant like a local Don. Then I again called call center and all these took another 10 min. Finally we reached the hospital but doctor was left by that time. Some of the driver's behaviour is really like Local gundas.
