I Ms. Akshada kale putting up this complaint on my dad's behalf as he is off to intl trip after hussle bussle in morning due to poor and worse service of MERU CAB SERVICE we ordered vehicle 4drop at intl apt and asked to report at07.15hrs today (08 july) driver suresh narayan singh came at 07.05hrs i told him tht we called vehicle at 07.15hrs... i told him ok wait pax will cm down... it was raining heavily... pax got down exactly at 07.25hrs..he waved even knocked d window but this guy juz drew away d car.as he didn't see any one..wht kind of service is this if this meru service dont need business then why don't they shutdown and stop fooling customers... who is responsible if person misses his flight (09.45hrsdep) and business..n wht abt d trouble caused at such early morning ..whose gona answere... details of booking.pax name Ashok kale... meru vehicle no. DRIVER NAME: SURESH NARAYAN SINGH... i request everyone who read this complaint if this driver with this vehicle number meets u dont let him go... i saw my dad in trouble my blood is boiling swear...
