Hi,
I booked a ticket for 4 person on 23/Sept/12 for travel date 26/11 using Kingfisher website itself, however tickets were canceled as flights were not taking off and it was told to me that full refund will be made within 10-14 working days. Tickets were canceled by the end of October month and it has been almost 3 months now but I haven't received anything from the used airlines.
Tried calling customer associates of the aircraft many times but of no use as they say that its out of our scope.
Had raised this issue with aircraft's customer support mailing address ([email protected]) and got a reply from [email protected] saying that they have raised a ticket (ID-576956) for this issue and somebody would take care of the request soon but all tries goes in vain.
