Amount Deducted I didn't get Ticket

I booked an e-airticket on spicejet website on 13/01, for Delhi

to Hyderabad date 05/04 dep:19:40 arr:21:45 I made a NetBanking payment

from Kotak bank account. An amount of 2392 rs has been

deducted. But I didnt see itenary or eticket after that. I tried

reaching customer care no. But could never reach for a long time...
