Ticket cacellation Refund amount

Dear Sir,

This has reference to the above mentioned subject and the ticket no. 098-2101203815. The above mentioned tickets were made for Delhi-surat-delhi for journry on 29 th july. Later it was cancelled before the scheduled date. It was told that the amount will be refunded after deducting 1050 as per my discussion on line with your executive (Dated 26-07 11.45 am).

I am waiting for the refunded amount eagerly in manner. However after calling repeatably for the last month to the office it was told to me that the amount has already been refunded but as I tallied it from my bank account it has not yet been transferred to my account. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and take it to the concerned agency. An early response will be highly appreciated. The tickets has been attached for your kind perusal.
