since my program was cancelled i had gone personally to local AI office at ANAND and got my ticket cancelled few days before my travel date.

I sent you reminder on July 17, August 16, sEpt.05 2011 and requested to refund me the amount paid

It is a matter of much rgret that till date I have not rceived any reply from you neither I have heard from you..

Now I requset you finally to do needful otherwise I shall be compelled to complaint against AIR INDIA in consumer court and you shall be fully responsible for all the expenses and damages for the same.

please immediatly do needful and oblige.
