Dear sir/Madam,
My name is Pinal Patel and my complaint is regarding delayed to get refund. I have booked one ticket for Mumbai to Toronto on dated 15th March then cancelled the same one due to Visa rejection on 17th April. After then as per Air india customer care support i sent mail to [email protected] and that representative told me that it would take minimum 45 days to process my refund but i did't received any confimation mail from Air india regarding this. After 1 month i called again to Air india customer care support then another representative told me that refund process would not take more than 15 days.
So, i requested him to give me a cancellation department contact number when i called him he given me another contact number when i tried that one then again same process repeated and finally i have collected 10 to 15 contact numbers. For your reference its below:

I really feel harashment by doing all this and finally i got result that there is only one link that i have to follow and that is through mail. I have to send cancellation ticket to [email protected]
Then by finding contact number once one representative contacted with ecommerce lady and she get back to me and told me that if i want to get refund then i have to sent mail for refund then it will process. after then everyday i m sending mail one after another but there is no response.
Now, where to go and what to do, I also went to Mumbai Air india office but same they told that need to send mail to ecommerce.
So, please help me in this regard and get me my refund back.
