I ve booked an e ticket on 25 Feb 11, for a journey on 11 and 12 Mar. the web itinerary reflected a price of 10292/- for my daughter and for adults Rs. 13, 220/-. when the payment gate opened all tickets were charged Rs. 13, 220/- since 26 Feb am trying to reach the customer service and get the refund. they initially asked me to complete the journey and then after completion kept saying by Monday which never came. In addition to this when I call the air India help line the same lady speaks in two different names and deceives the customer which was disclosed by one of their own customer care officer. today is 28 Apr and i am yet to get the refund.
