Non refund of cancelled ticket money

I had booked a air ticket on 03-01-11 from kolkatta to silchar dated 19-06-11 in the name of Meenakshi Jeena from air india . the PNR of the flight is RAXM2Y, and the order no. is 7110100619. But due to some reason i had cancelled my booking on 28-01-11. but till date i had not received my refund amount.
