I had to collect the refund from Air India city office nagur. First there was a delay due to system failure

Then the next day, due to UNAVAILABILITY OF CASHIER Mr. Bharat, who wasnt there for a longtime, there was no provision ofrefund, and I was waiting there for 1and a half hour.
