Dear Sir/Madam,

I booked flight ticket from Delhi to Imphal in the month of April for Delhi (DEL) to Imphal (IMF) for Air India flight AI889 scheduled for depurture on 02 May. But the flight was cancelled by the airlines due to their strike. Upon enquiry on 5/5 to their toll free number, I was informed that I would get the refund in two weeks. I also wrote an email to ecomerse as instructed. After 3 weeks, I was informed that it will take a month. Today after 43 days, enquired again. I was given the contact numbers 011 24624074, 5. both of which are not working not working. My email had not been replied nor acknowleged so far.

Is this the normal way of functioning? How do I know the money will be refunded? Will the Airlines pay me interest charges? Can you suggest the next step for me?
