Baggage Loss and Horrible travel experience

During my return from Manchester to Chennai, the check-in baggage was lost. In spite of repeated calls to Emirates, I have not got my baggage yet. It has been four days now.

The travel was horrible. The Flight was delayed at Manchester by 5.5 hours and was given Indian airlines flight from Dubai to Chennai that too after a long wait in the queue of around 7 hours (No one to even manage the passengers).

Indian airlines has issued a PIR (after a wait for 2.5 hours)

My Baggage no: EK119155

Travel date: 9 - 10 Dec

It has been four days since I arrived and no information about the Baggage. I could not have imagined a 32 hours of travel for Chennai from UK.
