I moved my house on 2nd April Friday through ANZ packers and movers. While moving I was promised of packing/ detaching moving and unpacking/assembling all house hold articles. After shiting ANZ team was not able to assemble my coat and I was told they will inform there office and they will contact me. I did not recieve any call upon calling ANZ 080-25216019 I was told that we are not carpenders and we dont assemble coat. I spoke to the Manager and was shocked to see his response. During transit these things do happen and customer should take ownership of such issues. ANZ does noty have any carpenders so we cant fix the issue. If the coat is broken during transit how are you expecting us to assmble it back, you should call a carpenter and get it done. This was told by the Manager Sameer. So please be advised of such issues with ANZ
