Money deducted but tickets not received
This is my worst experience with Book My Show Web site on sunday 05-06. I haveadye booked tickets for Esquare ready movie for june 5th. My 333 rupees money was deducted from my bank account, but no confirmation about the tickets were received.
I am trying to call them on the number 39895050 (their contact number), but that number is not working. I have send an email to their customer support, but did not received any reply.
I want my money back. I want to legally proceed against them for the inconvenience caused to me.
