1.I had purchased Hawai chappals from Bata outlet one year back. One of the straps broke. As the chappals were is fairly good condition as I was only occasionally using them indoors so I went to their outlet at Bata chowk, NIT, Faridabad to buy replacement straps. However the outlet manager told me that they do not keep spares and I should buy new ones.
2.I foung this odd and tried to confirm the same twice by putting a message in their websitye but have not got any response in 3 weeks.
3.Is it justified not keeping essential spares of shoes/chappals knowing fully well that this will force the customer to make fresh purchases. Besides this should not the company give an answer to my 2 complaints.
