BATA gents chappals
Defective chappals

On 29th Aug, 09 I had a purchase of chappals from your South Extension Pt I store for Rs550/- and paid by credit card. On 4th Sept I came to US .At present I am in US .Here I found that stiching of chappals is broken/damaged and the chappals are not fit to wear. As I am In US and will remain for further app.2 months I am not in aposition to visit store and return the chappals. Therefore I am registering this claim through e-mail and can retun/bring the chappals only on return to India probably in ist week of November.
