Not reparing in warrenty period

Dear sir/ma'am,

I purchased a pair of shoes shortly on 28th may.i just used for 20 days and some

sole problems started.basically left leg sole is damaged. I've never seen anything like this

before. The shoes look like new.

if you want then i can enclosed a photo. You can clearly see the rubber sole has damaged.

after seeing that i went to that bata shop from where i purchased that shoes.

After going there i requested for repairing but that owner did not listen anything and he

replied very aggressively.which i did not expected. Even he said what you want to do you

can.

So finally i decided to go in court because this is not a matter of a shoes and money.

This is matter of right.

So before going court i would like to inform you.if you can do anything so do as soon as possible.
