I had couriered one cloth and Electric Heater through DTDC Courier from pune (Maharashtra) to Rajnandgaon (Chhattisgarh) but the one item (cloth) is stolen in between and only electric equipment is delivered.this is surprising that the courier provider can not take care on the consignment and take no responsibility of the stole item after charging a big amount.
request if some one can help in this regards and suggest how it can be recovered.
