Gave shoes for exchange and the shop closed

Hello

I am Mrs. Sonal Patil, i bought a pair of shoes from Jagotta Agencies, shop no. MFS-17, On upper ground floor, Nahik City Center moll, Untwadi, Nashik. i bought this shoes worth Rs. 3999.00 on 14/5 at 6:07 pm by agent name NILESH C. the invoice number is 264. then i found the shoes were not fitting properly and i went to exchange the shoes and the shopkeeper every time kept tell cant take it today please come some other day. then finally on 27/10Mr. wasim (09175758867) took the shoes from me and gave his signature and stamp on the back side of the bill and asked me to come some day and take anything worth Rs. 3999. but when i went the shop was not there anymore. the owner closed down the shop. now i have the bill with me and want you to solve my problem
