My name is minal on 23 april i purchased 1 kurti and 1 gladiator of rs.1598 paid by cash from jabong .com. and i returned my stuff due to size issue and in 2 week they took my products. And still they have not returned my money neither given the the voucher of that amount . now its been like 1 month in callin jabong coustmer care and every time i get the same reply u need to wait 48 hrs for the finance team to create the voucher... I also had a word with meghna (supervisor) there she told she vll do it on 1 june .. but i never got the voucher code... and wheni called coustmer care and askd for meghna there was alwaz a excuse made she is not come or she is on other shift. i found jabong waste of money and time
