Miss Selling (sale of dead stock as new)

Dear Sir,

Going by the Authencity of Aditya Birla Group and an ardent Linen fan, I was pleased to have Linen club at nashik. The First I bought the shirt (I have preseved the Bill) couple of days ago. After The trial I chose one piece of shirt and billed. My next call was to buy a suiting from the store, which I did. To have a perfect match to my suiting I requested to exchage the shirt in a different colour. To my surprise the store attended and a franchisee owner claimed to have a stain on my shirt and hence could not exchange. I was amazed my this sudden allegation that I had Ironed out the shirt. The attidute of the store owner was very very unprofessional. I am litterely felt cheated as the shirt picked was from the display and was wrongly sold to me. Finnaly I took the shirt with me and promesed my self to save me and my friend from such malpractices. This is clasic case of dumping a Deadstock. Though the trancsaction of trifle value, the attitude and behaviuor of upcontry store team was more dismaying. The store maight be indiffrent to lose one costomer but hope the Brand shall take neccesary step to ensure the value it has created for self.
