Replacement of shoes

Dear Sir,

I have Buy shoes from bata showroom in Kamla nagar.! st time my shoes were replaced .2nd time

I have bought shoes by giving rs.100 more for new model. But this shoes also have problem.

I have to go many times to shopkeeper in 1st replacement.
