Note book Taken for replacement but yet to receive

I have purchased a HCL Notebook, bearing Sl. No. 2064AXO14035, in the year i was't satisfied with the performance and quality of note book, after repeated complaint, company service engineer collected the Note book for replacement, but yet to receive the replacement. kindly help me in this regard
