I m purchase a HCL notebook laptop in 8.03.2011 and key pad problem regularly still on. i complaint to costumer care 3 time then they change the key pad twice in a year but now that problem as it is. the key pad not working properly.
the warranty period of one year past down. the seller is not giving me any responsibility.
