I'd given my laptop HP DM3 1016 to HP service franchisee- M/s RT Outsourcing, SP Marg, Allahabad with various issues on 20 July. They informed me that mother board needs replacement which had been ordered.
after 10 days they informed that part had arrived DOA (Dead On Arrival) and they have again placed the order for fresh piece. After 4 days they informed that part arrived is again DOA. Now today after 4 days again the part arrived is DOA.
I don't know wether it is a problem with world reputed company-HP that they send the parts without checking it or RT Outsourcing engineers are not competent enough to diagnose the problem correctly.
To get my answer, I requested repeatedly (even I got irritated) to RT Outsourcing to give me contact number of any HP person but they had not provided me the number.
I also tried to get contact no. from HP Call Centre but they have also denied to give any number. Most amazingly, even the call centre operators get the call disconnected.
It is now 21 days lapsed but there is no sign that when I would get my system back.
