Promotional gift won but not received till date

I had bought a HP original cartridge and the in promotional offer I had won a k109a printer on 27th Oct and yet await the delivery of the printer or atleast a reply from HP india [ I have sent various Emails ]

I still retain the packing of the cartridge.
