My self Prashant Kumar. This is the mail regarding getting worst experience after buying product from your Nehru place store. Yesterday I went to Nehru place store where I meet ur sales Executive Sumit. Who give me all the information about HP laptop. When I come out from your store I am happy bcoz your sales executive give wrong commit which I never be tolerate or felling so badly why I am buy laptop from your store. Sumit give me information that in kit I get the headphone. I clearly tell its headphone for hands free, he told me that it’s a headphone but which I check its not headphone its hand free. At the time there is no people who talk to me regarding this and personally I call to sumit he lying. This type of wrong commitment is done by your executive with customer. I decide that I will again visit to your store but now I unhappy and don’t want to visit again. I give 40000 rupees but still not getting good experience.
Another gift rebook sunglass also defective.
This is your issue but I am also suffered. If you able to resolve my issue to pls confirm or I will go for other option. This type issue will also affect Ur image. Kindly Confirm if you give me correct product as per your sales executive commit or not.
