dear sir,

I purchased HP Pavilion DM-1219TX LAPTOP on 1 MARCH from DIKKSHA COMPUTERS CHANDIGARH. I registered for gift on line on the same day and my registration no is 2569232 and send the required documents scanned through online on the same date. After that there was no information from redemption cell now on 11 th April i got following mail from the redemption cell.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Redemption code: 2569232

We would like to update that we have not received your claim documents for processing of the claim during the offer validity period and hence your claim stands rejected.
