Dear Sir,

I buy a Karbonn SMART TAB 1 tablet PC from naaptol.com.

Order Number.3961084

Received on Date: 30 May

i had bought Karbonn SMART TAB 1 tablet pc from naaptol which cost 6990. I received the tablet to me on (30/05). But this is was damage/defective product. I DID phone to the naaptol care and they told to send the parcel. So I return it via blue dart courier.(Awb no.13554882283)(date.02/06). And my order number is (3961084). It had crossed more than 30 days. My keen request is to send me new tablet or send the refund money to me as soon as possible, otherwise I will got to the court and I will definitely get a solution. Send my amount with in 10 working days. I had recorded the calls that the naaptol care had talked with me.

Why this company cheating us

Please advice us how to proceed this issue, legally

Can I forward this complaint to Consumer court (as online fraud seller or any other way)
