Aquaguard Water Purifier Classic Model (Eureka Forbes)
Salty water after Purification

I regret to inform you that I have purchased a Aquaguard Water Purifier Classic model on 15/02 thinking that we will get purified water from KMC supplied water in Mukundapur Area. We have not getting proper purified water from the machine. So we have put a complaint on 14/03 docket no. 84498818, nobody came to solve the problem. Then again raised a complaint on 15/03 docket no 84500428, a service man came and told us this area with this machine “Aquaguard” Classic model will never give proper purity of water and the taste will also not be changed.

Now nobody from the Company Eureka Forbes is interested to rectify or replace or change the machine to get proper purified water.

You are therefore request to take necessary action at the earliest.
