I have taken the AMC from par aqua services, ameerpet, hyderabad (deals with services of eureka forbes) and paid 6000 rs for two years. Since 2 weeks my purifier is not working properly and I have lodged complaint last week but till now no action is taken. The intensity to provide the service to customers is not as same when they are selling the products. I am really vexed with the service and suffering a lot due to the attitude of service centre of eureka forbes.
