DELAY IN RE-INSTALLING WATER PURIFIER

Reinstallment request given for Water Purifier by me after my posting from Gwalior to Babina (near Jhansi) has not been attended till date, approx two weeks now. My complaint was noted at docket number 35.

Initially they said that the delay was due to their holiday to Shirdi... strange for an essential services franchisee.

The franchisee at Jhansi says that it will be done soon... but has no parameters for soon. I am under an annual maintainence contract but even that has not been regarded. My Customer Id is 1006640711.
