Eureka Forbes service is poor. I was happy looking at their webpage and promise to resolve complaints.
Even the callcenter team answers well, but no resolution.
We had an AMC, and they have taken the product from us 1 month back and they are yet to return to us.
Also, whenever we call the callcenter, to check the status, they dont have an clue, on when i will get back the product.

POOR SERVICE, NO CALLBACK.
They need to understand the basic fundamentals. They should have atleast called the customer and informed him about the status at periodic intervals, in case if they could not resolve immediately.
