Excess service charges

Hi kingfisher people i m nisha bhargav from Ahmadabad i m taking ur services from last 15 months services are excellent and males i met till now was a wonderful experience keep it up.ur service person vikram is very loyal as far as my privacy is concern.

but last evening only i received my quarterly account statement sent from ur side ur people have charged almost 11000/- as excess service charges pls look into the matter i have already sent a scanned copy on mail id [email protected] i have marked red where u people charged excess

so pls look into the issue and resolve at earliest.
