Do not book Milan Bhavan Marriage Hall at Burdwan, West Bengal

I have a complain about the Milan Bhavan marriage hall (near Police Line, Burdwan). When we canceled the booking (more than 3 months prior to the booked date), the proprietor refused to refund our money and behaved badly with us. He also refused to give us a receipt at the time of booking. Thus it's evading tax. Please don't book this marriage hall.
