NON DELIVERY OF BOOK AFTER 3 MONTHS

A BANKING GUIDE PUBLISHED BY JS INSTITUTE OF BANKING AND FINANCE PVT. LTD.WAS ORDERED BY ME ON 19/11. RS. 540 WERE TRANSFERRED BY ME ON SAME DATE BY INTERNET BANKING FROM MY AC TO AC NO.10427725859.TRANSACTION ID FOR THE TRANSACTION WAS IT16639840.

BUT EVEN AFTER ONE MONTH I COULD NOT GET THE BOOK INSPITE OF SEVERAL REMINDERS .

AGAIN AS PER NEW PRICE PRINTED IN BANKING DIGEST OF DECEMBER I SENT ADDITIONAL RS 60 IN AC NO 10427725859 ON 15/12/10.TRANSACTION ID FOR THE SECOND TRANSACTION WAS IT17664613.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT I HAVE NON RECEIVED BANKING GUIDE YET AFTER SEVERAL REMINDERS BY EMAIL.THEY ARE NOT EVEN ATTENDING PHONE CALLS. KINDLY PROVIDE REMEDY AS MY EXAM IS DUE IN APRIL AND I AM IN GREAT NEED OF BOOK.
