Refund of Feess Rs 10000

Dear Sir,

I have taken addmission in National Institute of Management in Mar for MBA (Material Management (Distance Learning Course) for this i have paid Rs. 10000/- with receipt No.820093 dt.03.03.09 at surat branch, but suddenly without any reason the institute was close at Surat Branch (Gujarat). I had not attend anyclass & also didnt get any type of material (Books) from them.

After some time, i have mailed on NIM_AC for refunding my fees that had paid.

In they replyed my mailed, they had mail me that we refunded your fees within 90 days but still i have not received any amount from there.

I, requested to you that help me for this matter.
