We have purchased the Aqua crystal water purifier 3 months back.
For the past 15 days, machine is not working as the supply indiacator is not working.
On 18/01, i have registered a complaint (Req. No 0060847866). No response.
Even on 30/01, again complained told the req.no. No response.
It is very bad on your part, for not attending the complaints.
Kindly make it possible to send the technician by this week.
