I had purchased Aquaguard Classic Model of Eureka Forbes (Product Sl. No.
M 09-4014689) on 5th May from their Dhansar office at Dhanbad.
A challan for the receipt was given by the representative who informed that original bill be sent by their Mumbai H.O.by courier.
Even after passage of three months the bill is yet to be received. On contacting the local branch they informed to look into the matter but in vain. I sent three emails to them but but no response was available. My complain seems to have fallen on deaf ears.
How can I get the matter resolved at the earliest?
