I ordered six items on Aug, 10.They asked to pay Rs 11, 400 as tax amount and processing fee Rs 598 and i paid but i received only three on

Aug 18.I still not received 3 items - Diamond jewellery gift box worth

Rs 1, 00, 000, holiday package for 3days/2nights in any 3star hotel, LCD TV.

Please reply when I will get my items.
