Not clearing the matter for by refunding my money

Respected Sir,

In month of April - I have received one call from India Today book club / BagitToday. They describe me one product named Samsung Omnia Pro Cell phone with some free gifts of around 30000/- Rs. and entire package cost was around 15500/- Rs. for which I had paid them through my Citi bank credit card. After 15 days I inquired about my ordered product dispatch status and at that time they asked me about another address as my actual address is out of their courier service area. So I gave them my friends address. They assured me to reach my product within 5 working days. But unfortunately this time again they fail to send my product.

After 10 days of last conversation again I asked about my product dispatch status and this time they apologize as the ordered product was out of stock and request me to keep patience for again 10-15 days. But this time I instructed them to cancel my order and refund my money.

Here again they had requested me but I was very firm and instructed them to refund my money. After again 10 days they call me for confirmation of my order cancellation and this time I instructed them to do it as early as possible. But up to today they had not refunded my money.

I have all the copy of my entire conversation in my mail account. My Membership number with this club is ITBC09138671.

Please do needful and guide me accordingly.
