initially i had ordered for a Samsung Handycam for an amount of
11, 399/- The first payment was for Rs 7898/- (confirmation No
110094321). and the balance was paid for Rs 3501/- (confirmation no
110095032). but i have received Kodak MD30 digital camera for an
invoice of Rs. 7989/- . I think there has been a mistake in your order
placement division and thats the reason i have received a digital
camera worth less than what i paid. (i have paid for a Samsung
Handycam).
there has been another delivery to my place which has been wrongly
delivered. (the confirmation no for this consignment for an amount of
Rs. 5799/- is 110095043) the same has been acknowledged by your side
by sending an SMS and calling me.
so make the necessary arrangements for the pick-up of the product from
my place and deliver the actual product ASAP.
And the free gift of diamonds worth Rs. 1, 10, 000/-. has not been
received till date (27/12)
It has been an inconvenience and a lot of hardship regarding the
shopping which i have made on your site.
look into the matter and resolve this ASAP.

Still you people are not aware of the problem faced by me from your
end. this is limit to the waiting period its already 21 days over from
the date 28th December. Transfer the amount and pick up the items
from my place as soon as possible.
