We have registered a log on complain in bajaj electrical for our geyser with complain no: GB901 dated: 25 Feb. but still no one from bajaj has come to rectify.
After our several reminders to them, we got only response that, he will come to your place within two days, but no one has turned up as of date.
This was the worse service I have ever encountered from such a big & reputed company like Bajaj.
While buying we had many options available in market with low rates, but we have paid higher amount to get some better brand, & to get some good service, but now i am cheated by Bajaj company.
I also request people not to buy any product from bajaj, when they don’t give any service to customer, you can buy some low range product in that money & can replace later.
