We bought a geyser from Bajaj on Dec 6. This was installed on Dec 8 and stopped working on Dec 17th.
The technician has visited twice and could not find fault.
The national helpline number 1800-22-2252 says national number means only Mumbai and has redirected us to Noida.
The live support on Bajaj Website, does not work.
The 'Contact Us' tab on bajaj web site say that the email has been submitted. However there has been no response.
Do not know who to approach.
