Our Bajaj 15lt Geyser, which is not even a year old .. starting leeking badly on April 20th. I have lodged a complaint with Bajaj Electricals (Complaint no.364617) on that day itself.
On 24th of April, a representative from Bajaj visited us and informed us, that the Tank was damaged and needs to be replaced... which after repeated followups and false assurances, was done on May 13th. However, the leakage dint stop and the representative informed us that the new tank is also damaged!!!
Till date, I have been following up with the Bajaj Electricals Customer care center (Mr. Naval) and R K service center daily but the geyser has not been repaired or replaced.
With such disgusting services.. I wud like to warn all the customers, that buying a Bajaj appliance is going to be the beginning of a Mental agony for them. "PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY BAJAJ PRODUCTS"
