I have just received one blackberry storm9530 with pouch vide order nos 1800004436 from BIGADDA.COM through courier. But really agonising to discover an old second hand non working set in the parcel. For which I have paid Rs 9999.

Requested you to interven into the matter & do the needful to help me to get rid from cheating.
