Dear sir/madam
I purchased Bushnell digital camera binoculars from US based international retailer TACTICAL STORES.Unfortunately the piece received by me was defecive. I contacted the retailer for refund of my money for the defective product. They told me to send back the defective product. After that when I asked them the required shipping address, they stopped contacting with me. Inspite of my repeated e-mails they have not replied me from almost the last two weeks.
Now what should I do?
Please help me.
