Not Working

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Celkon mobile C747 model from Big C, Ameerpet on 12-7 for Rs.3750-00, it is under warrenty period and the keypad is not working, I took the same to the service centre, they took the handset 20 day s back for replacement of key pad, whenever i ask they simply postpone for 3 days. I want to lodge a complaint in the consumer forum. My Mobile No. 9849930386
