I had purchased two Springer Mattress 4 years back, after one year from the date of purchase, mattress has gone in bad condition then i have complained the same to the company. After many reminders they have repaired the same.

Again in next year from the date of repair, the same problem has occurred with the mattress and the same has been repaired by the company after lots of follow ups and they have promised that if in future the same problem will occur, will replace the same with new mattress.

In the month of Aug'11, the same problem has occurred again. I have lodged the complaint to the customer care in the month of Sep'11. They have agreed to replace the item but till date i have not received any replacement despite of repeated reminders.

Note: All replacement formalities have been done by the company in the month of Oct'11
