I registered a complaint for the maintenance of Aqua Reviva purifier a week back (16th july complaint no. 67456064). Even after repeated follow up, no service personnel has ever turned up till date. They always insist in renewing the AMC for which they do nothing useful. I really regret for choosing the product of Eureka Forbes and will try to sue the company for the loss incurred like purchasing packaged water and for causing discomfort. If it is not repaired within 24hrs, I will start recording the criticisms in the Face Book.
